It should give you 2 loavesimages.jpg.

Blend together:

1 3/4 c. flour, 1/2 c. oil, 1/2 c. cold water and 1 tsp baking powder

Mix together:

1 1/3 c. warm water + 1/2 c. brown sugar + 2 tsp yeast + 1/2 tsp salt

Add:

2 beaten eggs + 1/4 c. oil + 4 c. flour (2c. white & 2 c. whole weat)

Knead your dough.

Let rise for about one and a half hours or until it has doubled its size.

Punch down.

Let rise for one hour.

Form into buns or a loaf (remember why you put yeast in it…), let rise for … 15-30 min. and bake for about 25 minutes at 350.

  1. This is the recipe I usually use and it works fine.

Some people might not like the fact that there is sugar in it. I’ve never tried it without it, but I should.
